Impact of investments and human labor on some small industries in Fayoum Governorate

Abstract

Small projects are great importance in the economies of all societies. Fayoum Governorate is one of the governorates of Egypt. The problems research was that small enterprises are still facing many problems that hinder their expansion and limit the ability to develop them. The research aims to identify the impact of investments and human labor on some small industries in Fayoum. The results research the small projects are of great importance in employment and that they don’t need special skills, but their skills can be acquired easily when working. 8.0 thousand pounds, and the average wage for a worker in this industry was 2750 pounds, and family labor represented 12.5%  the total employment exploited in palm leaf products projects. The capital invested in the dairy products industry in the study sample amounted to 6.8 million pounds for 48 projects with an average It amounted to 285 thousand pounds, and the average wage for a worker was 2700 pounds, and family labor represented 14.3% the total number of workers. It was also found that the most important factors influencing the manufacture of palm leaf products ,and human labor, and the most important factors influencing the manufacture dairy products are human labor, and the quantities of modified and dried milk. the research recommends;- Supplying the projects of wheat and dairy products with the necessary loans, and working to find the appropriate market for their products, And interest in preparing feasibility studies for these projects.
